｜Before You Purchase

• Passengers must complete registration and payment by 19:00 the day before the reserved ride. [Example] To book a ride for August 1st, registration and payment must be completed by 19:00 on July 31.
• Valid only for the reserved ride. Please arrive early for boarding as rides cannot be rescheduled for the next day, and the fare will not be refunded.
• This route does not accept Tainan City Citizen Card discounts.
  
• For half-fare ticket purchases, please provide relevant proof; failure to do so will require payment of the full fare difference.
• Travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes, subject to on-site conditions and traffic.
• Airport shuttle bus arrival times may be slightly impacted by traffic, so to avoid missing your check-in and boarding time, please board at least four hours prior to your flight’s departure. No compensation will be provided for missed rights due to not boarding early.
• Half-fare discounts are not applicable for foreign visitors and residents with residence permits.
• On-the-spot boarding is possible if seats are available. Pay with exact change upon boarding. To prevent delayed travel due to sold-out seats, please reserve in advance.
• On the way to Kaohsiung International Airport via Tainan, if the responsibility lies with our company, we will arrange a designated vehicle for transit. If you are unable to board the booked flight due to our fault, we will provide compensation in the form of a ticket for the same itinerary (economy class only) or a monetary compensation.
• The number of passengers must include infants and children; children aged 0 – 5 ride for free, but do not occupy a seat and must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult may bring one child for free (a concession ticket is required for each additional child).

3. All rides will have an additional stop at "Tainan Air Station (Chimei Happiness Factory)"

1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
2. After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
3. Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk.

｜111 Route - Tainan to Xiaogang Airport Bus

• The reservation calendar reflects the departure time of the first station. Please refer to the above "timetable" to plan your arrival time. It is recommended to arrive at the bus stop 10-20 minutes in advance to avoid missing the bus.
• Redemption method: Please go to the reserved bus stop and present the electronic voucher (QR Code) when boarding. The driver will scan it before you take your seat.
