You can choose to listen to themes you love or delve deep into the details of the permanent exhibitions. Beyond rich and insightful commentary, the audio guide utilizes theatrical voice performances to tell the stories of ordinary people in grand eras. Coupled with realistic sound effects, period-appropriate music, and sounds from vintage records in the museum's collection, it transports you directly into historical scenes for a truly immersive experience! 

｜Ticket Type

  1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no physical tickets will be sent separately.
  2. After payment is completed, please check your inbox for the [Payment Success Notification]. Use the QR Code attached in the email for redemption; or go to the website's [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → Click [View] to access the QR Code for redemption.
  3. Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the redemption point for staff to scan and exchange for use.

Recommended Redemption Order:

  1. Redeem the "Audio Guide" at the Ticket Center near the main entrance.
  2. Enter through the Museum Entrance (Gate 8).

  • Redemption Method: Go to the Museum Entrance (Gate 8) and have the staff scan the QR code for entry.
  • Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00 (Last entry at 16:30).
  • Closing Days: Mondays (Open if it falls on a national holiday, closed the following day), Lunar New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, government-announced non-working days, and museum-announced closure days (such as annual exhibition maintenance).

  • Upon arrival at the museum, please collect your guide device at the Audio Guide Counter before entering for your visit.
  • Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is created; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • The system does not provide an order modification function. To change the quantity, please refund the tickets and re-order.
  • Once any item in the order has been redeemed and used, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • For unused items, please go to the "Member Center" → "My Orders (Paid Orders)" → "Request Refund" on this website.
  • For system or order inquiries, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during hours: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (closed for lunch for one hour).

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and it cannot be reused after verification for entry.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
