▲ The exhibition space, covering approximately 2,000 square meters, features permanent exhibitions, special exhibitions, a VR reproduction manufacturing center, a children's hall, and the Time Station - Train Theater. It is designed based on the concept of universal design to create an inclusive and equitable visiting environment.

▲ Narrating the stories of people and land from diverse perspectives and across different ethnic groups, the museum provides friendly services and learning programs for audiences with various needs.

① This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.

② After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.

③ At the museum entrance (Gate 8), visitors can enter by having the staff scan the QR code.

• Opening Hours: Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00 (Last admission at 16:30).
• Closed on: Mondays (Open on national holidays, closed the next day), Lunar New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, government-declared off-days, and days announced by the museum as closure days (such as annual maintenance closure).

• Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
• If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.

• The product is limited to single use.
• This ticket is not applicable for free admission or discounted admission. (Taipei residents' free admission program from May 18 to May 31, 2024)
• In case of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event and notify the public in advance. For any matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
