• Passenger Guidelines:
  
  • Passengers must complete booking and payment by 7:00 PM the day before the scheduled ride. Example: For a ride on August 1st, booking and payment must be completed by 7:00 PM on July 31st.
  • The number of passengers includes infants and children. Children aged 0-5 can ride for free but must not occupy a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult can only bring one child for free (additional children must purchase a discounted ticket).
  • If passengers wish to bring pets on board, the pet carrier must be made of sturdy hard plastic material that meets IATA (International Air Transport Association) standards. The maximum external height of the pet carrier should not exceed 70 cm, and the maximum external width should not exceed 90 cm. Service dogs, such as guide dogs, are allowed on board without an IATA-compliant pet carrier. They must be leashed and kept at the passenger's feet for the duration of the trip.
  • Passengers can bring bicycles on board. According to the carry-on item regulations (each item must not exceed 150 cm in length, with the sum of length, width, and height not exceeding 220 cm, and the total weight not exceeding 40 kg), bicycles must be folded to fit within these dimensions and stored in a bike bag.
  • The bus cannot accommodate wheelchairs for boarding and alighting.
    
  • If bringing a stroller, please fold it and store it in the bus's luggage compartment.
    
  • Passengers should ensure their luggage, bicycles, and strollers are properly packed or have protective measures to avoid damage from compression during the trip.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings. The company is not responsible for any damage or theft.

• Ticket Purchase Information:
  • Discount tickets are available only for Republic of China (Taiwan) nationals.
    Eligible for concession tickets:
    1. 6School-age children (6-12 years old)
    2. Seniors (65 years and older)
    3. Holders of disability identification and one necessary companion
    4. Children aged 0-5 can ride for free but must not occupy a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. Each adult can only bring one child for free; additional children must purchase a concession ticket.
  • This route does not offer short-distance tickets. From Kaohsiung to Tainan, passengers can only disembark; from Tainan to Kaohsiung, passengers can only board. Tickets are non-refundable if not used on the specified date.
  • If you miss the scheduled bus, you may take the next bus with available seats on the same day, but refunds are not allowed.

• Refund Policy: 
  • If you request a refund by 19:00 on the day before the reserved departure, you can cancel the reservation and get a refund on the original ticketing platform. No refunds will be given after this time, so please consider carefully before purchasing your ticket. 【Example Explanation】To cancel a reservation for a ride on August 1st, the refund application must be completed by 19:00 on July 31st. After verification by the system company, the ticket (and payment) will be refunded.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g., flight cancellation/delay, etc.), you may use your original ticket to board "other flights on the same day," but you will need to queue for standby.
  • If you need to cancel your ticket due to force majeure, please prepare proof of the situation and apply for a full refund through the original channel.
