- Travelers must complete registration and payment by 19:00 the day before the scheduled ride. 【Example】To book the ride on August 1st, registration and payment must be completed by 19:00 on July 31st.
- Limited to reserved ride sessions only, reservations are valid on the day of the session only, please arrive early as rides cannot be taken the following day and ticket costs are non-refundable.
- Travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes, but may vary depending on road conditions and real-time traffic.
- Airport shuttle bus arrival times may be slightly affected by traffic conditions, to avoid delays in reporting and boarding times, it is necessary to board the shuttle at least four hours before the flight departs, and no compensation will be given for failure to do so.
- For on-the-spot rides, if there are seats available on the bus, you may board by inserting cash directly without change; to avoid sold-out seats and travel delays, please book in advance.
- On the way to Kaohsiung Xiaogang International Airport, in cases attributed to our company, passengers will be arranged on a specific vehicle, and in case they cannot take the scheduled flight, we will compensate with a ticket for the same flight segment (economy class only) or a monetary amount.
- Passenger count must include infants and children, children aged 0 – 5 years ride for free, without occupying a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult may bring only one child for free (from the second child, a concession ticket must be purchased).
- Child safety seats are intended for children aged 9 months to 12 years, and since they occupy a seat, a concession ticket must be purchased; as seating availability per vehicle is limited, please book early.

Additionally, the route extends to connect attractions in Anping and Qigu districts. From October to April (dates subject to Fucheng Bus announcements), an additional birdwatching route is available. Visitors can transfer to the Black-faced Spoonbill Shuttle Bus and head to the birdwatching pavilion to admire the elegant flight of these unique birds, making it an ideal choice for travelers exploring Tainan.

Eternal Golden Castle: Step into the first Western style fortress in modern Taiwanese history!
Eternal Golden Castle, a national historic site, is the first modern western-style fortress on the island of Taiwan and an important bastion witnessing the history of "mountain opening and pacifying the aborigines" and "modernization of coastal defense" in Taiwan. Constructed by Qing Dynasty Grand Councillor Shen Baozhen in 1876, it adopted the Western star fort style in architectural design, resembling a huge square city.

Fort Provintia, formerly known as "Provintia", is one of the most famous historical landmarks in Tainan Fu City, along with Fort Zeelandia. It was originally built by the Dutch in 1653 as an administrative and commercial center, echoing Zeelandia City across the sea.

The first Confucius Temple in Taiwan is in Tainan
In 1665 AD, during the reign of Zheng Chenggong's son, Zheng Jing, with the assistance of Chen Yonghua, a politician for the military, proposed: "A holy temple and a school must be established to gather talents; if a country has a sage, the state itself is solid, and the world will prosper day by day." Zheng Jing agreed and established the Confucius Temple in the administrative center of Chengtian Prefecture (today's Tainan City) to worship Confucius, promote national studies, and promote education.
For more than three hundred years, the majestic temple and lofty academy symbolize the continuous inheritance of Chinese culture here, staking the claim of "Seashore Zoulu".
