｜Ticket Format

  1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and no physical ticket will be sent.
  2. After payment is complete, please check your email for the 【Payment Success Notification】 and use the attached QR Code to verify your ticket; or go to 【Member Center】→【My Orders】→【Paid】 tab → click on 【View】 to use the attached QR Code for verification.
  3. Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) to the driver for scanning when boarding. (Please open the QR code screen ahead of time to facilitate a smooth verification by the driver).
  4. The ticket is valid for unlimited rides on the day of first use within the operating hours of that day.

| Order System Notices

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of order placement; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.
  • The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you want to change the quantity, you need to cancel and reorder.
  • Once any product is redeemed and used, we do not accept refunds or returns.
  • If a product is unused, please go to "This Website" Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for a Refund.
  • If you encounter any system or order issues, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).

  • You must show the QR code to the driver for validation before you can board the vehicle (Please open the QR code screen early to facilitate smooth validation by the driver).
  • The ticket is valid for unlimited rides on the day of first use during operating hours.
  • This ticket is for adult fare; other ticket types are available for purchase on site.
  • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis; please line up to board.

｜Product Redemption

  • Once any product or gift included in the package is redeemed and used, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Please pay attention to the business hours of the redemption stores. If redemption is not possible during a specific time slot, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • This ticket is limited to one per person per use, and each electronic ticket can be used only once. After verification upon entry, it cannot be reused.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, and other natural disasters), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event and will announce and contact in advance. The organizer retains the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event as necessary.
