Promotion Period

Number of Redemptions

• Each set of E-vouchers can only be redeemed once, the vouchers are not valid for use in combination with other promotions, and will not be eligible for cash exchange or change. This E-voucher is not applicable for items not designated on the voucher or if the redemption period has expired.

Reminder to Show the Voucher

• When using the E-voucher, please inform the store personnel before making the payment, and present the QR code or PIN number on the phone.

Product Exchange Reminder

• The Tainan Canal boat schedules are subject to adjustments or cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or tides. Please confirm your boat schedule and reservation before boarding. If your reserved tour has been changed to a full route, an additional charge of NT$200 will be collected from each person before boarding.
• We apologize if you are unable to board your boat at the appointed time due to unavoidable circumstances.
