｜Ticket Format

  1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no paper tickets will be sent.
  2. After payment is completed, please check your email for the "Payment Confirmation" email. Use the QR Code included in the email for validation, or go to the website's 【Member Center】 → 【My Orders】 → 【Paid】 tab and click 【View】 to use the attached QR Code for validation.
  3. Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) to the driver for scanning when boarding. (Please open the QR code screen in advance for smooth validation by the driver).
  4. The ticket is valid for unlimited rides on this route within the business hours of the day it is first used.

| System Order Guidelines

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of order placement, otherwise the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you need to change the quantity, you must cancel and reorder.
  • No refunds will be accepted once any product has been redeemed and used.
  • For unused products, please go to 'This Website' → Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Request a Refund.
  • If you encounter any system or order issues, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (closed for one hour at noon).

  • The pass is valid for unlimited rides on this route during business hours on the day of first use.
  • This ticket is for adult fare; other ticket types can be purchased on-site.
  • No seat reservations are available; please queue to board the shuttle.

｜Product Redemption

  • Once any product or gift included in the package ticket has been redeemed or used, returns and refunds are not accepted.
  • Please pay attention to the business hours of the redemption store. If redemption is not possible during the designated times, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
  • Each ticket is limited to one use per person, each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after entry verification.
  • In the case of force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, and will announce and contact in advance.
