How to Use

• Complete the purchase→Check the merchandise user manual→Go to the store→Show the E-voucher→Completed when the E-voucher is scanned by the store

Promotion Period

• Effective immediately until December 31, 2017, Please redeem the voucher during the stores' business hours. The vouchers can only be used on the same day, not valid for use over the next day or over multiple days, thank you for your cooperation.

Number of Redemptions

• Each set of E-vouchers can only be redeemed once, the vouchers are not valid for use in combination with other promotions, and will not be eligible for cash exchange or change. This E-voucher is not applicable for items not designated on the voucher or if the redemption period has expired.

Reminder to Show the Voucher

• When using the E-voucher, please inform the store personnel before making the payment, and present the QR code or PIN number on the phone.

Product Exchange Reminder

• When redeeming E-vouchers, the product should match the contents and size described on the voucher. Vouchers are limited to products actually sold in store. Stores with products that don't match the description have the right to add necessary charges or refuse to redeem the voucher.

• The e-Pass vouchers are not restricted for use by the voucher holder only, when using the vouchers, the store will verify the voucher number, each set of number is valid for one use only, please keep it in a safe place.

Trust Period

• The cost payment for this product (service) voucher has been deposited into the trust account opened by the issuer at E.SUN Commercial Bank for earmarking. The earmark refers to the use by the issuer to fulfill the obligation to deliver goods or services.
• Promotional period is the same as trust period. Unable to exchange if expired. Valid  to click “Refund” to claim for refund.
