Overview
- The store will handle your order according to the following information. If you have any questions about purchasing the product, you are welcome to contact us through the Tainan Pass customer service line, and we will do our best to help you.
- Purchase orders are confirmed when credit card payments are made and subsequent confirmation notices are sent. In order to protect your rights, when an order needs to be canceled or returned, every product in the purchase order must be canceled or returned.

- When ordering multiple products, insufficient credit limit or issues with the system might cause situations in which the bank is unable to authorize the purchase of all products. Product description
1. Paper tickets
- After purchasing tickets online, it will take 3-7 work days to process your order. Tickets will be sent through registered mail. Please take the processing and shipping time into consideration.
- The minimum quantity should be met for each order (according to order number). Products can only be shipped to the same address. We cannot split orders and ship products to different addresses. If you need to ship the products to more than one addresses, please place the orders separately.
- The person who places the order should be the same as the recipient. Our company will contact the recipient before shipping to confirm information such as address and contact information.
- Please note: Our company’s membership rules should be followed when placing orders online. Resale or improper use of products and services provided on this website for personal gain is prohibited. Our company reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships and rights to use these websites services; severe cases will be reported to the authorities.
- Tickets on this website are sold at discount prices, but some suppliers might have occasional sales with prices that are lower.

- Return Policy: In order to protect your rights and interests, each product purchased includes a 7 day warranty period (including holidays), starting from the day in which the purchased tickets are picked up. Returned products must be sent back within the warranty period, and should include the entire order and complete tickets (keeping products, gift packaging, accompanying documents, and information intact). Original ticket copies and receipts should be provided, or refunds will not be accepted. If you need to return tickets after the warranty period, it needs to be done 90 days before the tickets’ expiration date. (E.g.: If the expiration date is 12/31/2018, refunds are accepted before 09/30/2018). Only a 15% handling fee + the product price difference will be deducted, and exchanges are limited to domestic designated tickets.
- Tickets sold are for personal use only, and not applicable to tour groups.

2. E-Tickets
- Products or services for e-vouchers are provided by the stores. This website is the sales platform.
- E-vouchers cannot be used in tandem with other discounts, nor exchanged for cash or change.
- The serial numbers on e-vouchers should be saved privately. Consumers will be responsible for all damages if they misplace their vouchers or publicly reveal serial numbers, causing a third party to redeem the number.
- E-ticket discounts are for products and services provided by the stores, with group purchase promotional events planned at specific times for specific products. Please use the tickets within the discount time frame according to the information provided (including but not limited to: usage period, reservation regulations, dine-in or take-out, limits for each individual).
- After you purchase products from the e-ticket section, the system will automatically send the discount voucher to your phone. You will need to bring your phone to redeem the product or service. Vouchers will only be sent to the cell phone used to make the purchase; requests for vouchers to be sent to other cell phones will not be accepted. The staff at the store will verify the serial number of your voucher, please cooperate with the verification process. After the number has been verified, please provide a complete and clear signature on the store record. Customers may not ask to redeem the product in any other way.
- Please be reminded that your e-vouchers should be used within the expiration date. Some services provided by the e-voucher pertain to specific times or settings (including but not limited to concerts, recitals, or exhibitions). If the e-voucher holder is unable to redeem the service within that specific time or occasion, refunds or reimbursements will not be provided.
- If the store providing products or services closes down, or is unable to provide said product/service before customers use their e-vouchers, the amount paid for by the customers will be refunded through the website.
- The "E-Voucher Write Off System" on the website only provides purchase information for you to contact various companies regarding e-voucher transactions. Any additional personal transactions made through other means of contact (including but not limited to reservations and inquiries) exist solely between you and the company in question. The website will not be liable for any transactional disputes or reimbursements.

2) If you request refunds, exchanges, or cancellations too frequently after ordering products on this website, cause any stress to the website system, or disrupt or damage operations, deemed malicious by this website, this website reserves the right to refuse transactions or terminate services to you.
3. Tours
- Requests for vegetarian diets should be made at the time of registration.
- Seating arrangements are made on the day of sign-up, according to the order in which travelers sign up.
- Please be at the meeting place within the prescribed time, and turn on the cell phone you registered during sign-ups, so that our tour guide can contact you and make sure everyone gets on board smoothly.
- If travelers leave the tour for personal reasons, and do not show up at the meeting place, our company will not offer refunds.
- The travel time provided in the itinerary is for reference only, road conditions and holiday crowds might lead to changes being made to the itinerary.
- Please remember to bring warm clothes, rain gear, and personal medication such as motion sickness pills, cold medicine, and insect repellent.
- The tour bus is an enclosed space. For the safety of other travelers, please do not bring pets or dangerous objects aboard. Travelers with cold symptoms should wear a mask for the benefit of their own health and the health of other travelers.
- Travelers agree that they are responsible for any fees stemming from cancellations or postponed orders.
- In cases of natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain, our company reserves the right to postpone departures or offer full refunds.
- Regulations for cancellations: All contracts signed with travelers follow the Tourism Bureau’s regulations. For details on cancellation regulations, please refer to the "Standardized Contract for Domestic Travel". The aforementioned notification dates are based on work hours announced by the Personnel Administration. Requests made outside this time will be seen as part of the following work day.
Personal Information Protection Policy
- Personal information entered or saved by members include information on members themselves and that of traveling companions entered by members (hereby referred to as travel companions). The Tainan Pass adheres to the Personal Information Protection Act, safely storing members’ personal information, and will only gather, process, and use the information for purposes specified below. Other than those circumstances, your name, address, email, and other personal information protected by the law will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
- While the Tainan Pass is in service, you and your travel companion’s personal information will be processed or used in Taiwan and other tourism-related places according to the specific necessities of the tours or traveling services you need. You and your traveling companion’s personal information will be provided in a secure manner to tourism product/service providers, including hotels you booked, airlines, local businesses that are part of your tour, travel insurance providers, and other third parties that provide services to you and your traveling companion.
- The Tainan Pass can use this information for the purposes of marketing, market analysis, statistics or research, or to provide personalized or added services to members. You agree that this travel network can record, save, and use the data and records you save or enter on this website, without revealing the data, publish or use statistical data.
- You understand and agree that under the following circumstances, the Tainan Pass might give your personal information to relevant agencies, third parties that claim their rights were violated and can provide formal legal papers, or other persons of interest:
1) Mandated by law or required by legal proceedings from judiciaries or other competent authorities.
2) To protect the legal rights of other members or third party members in emergencies.
3) To maintain standard operation of our member service system.
4) Necessary information for money flow and logistics when members purchase products or redeem gifts through our services.
5) When users violate government laws or this Terms of Use.
